Welcome to the “About Cindy” section of my website! I am a top 1% Florida Luxury Collection agent with Sato Real Estate Inc., the #1 real estate company on Anna Maria Island.  My offices are located on Anna Maria and Bradenton and I am a lifelong resident of Manatee County.

 

I am Professional, organized, efficient, and fun! I have been blessed to live the true Florida lifestyle! My dream I call it and I am reminded daily of my good fortune. Anna Maria Island is my paradise and I love to share my knowledge of the island with my clients, family, and friends!

 

My goal is to commit to you superior client service first with handshake integrity, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and to continuously maintain a reputation of quality and kindness that my clients can rely on.

 

With 25 years plus of Real Estate experience and equipped with a strong market knowledge of the Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and Bradenton areas, finding you the Florida lifestyle is a privilege I take seriously.

 

My daddy was a tomato farmer in Bradenton in 1966 and started the legendary Hunsader Farms so I learned a solid work ethic from the start working in the fields. I grew up in Bradenton and my family owned a 2nd home on Anna Maria Island.

 

I am now raising my two beautiful children: Brighton-21 and Garrett-18 with my husband Tom.

 

I don’t just sell Real Estate, I invest in it because I believe there is no place like our community and the beaches in the world! I am also a fan of fitness, running, races, and triathlons. I have accomplished 2 Marathons in my life and over 12 Half Marathons. In my free time, I enjoy running, biking, tennis, and Cross Fit training at Fit Crew Bradenton. In the past, I have been highly involved in volunteering at my children’s schools most recently PTO President and a board member of middle and high schools. I also donate a portion of my commissions to my favorite charity the Humane Society and Wildlife Inc.

 

I am hyperlocal and “well connected” within Anna Maria Island and Bradenton communities and have a strong market knowledge of the areas including history, building trends, local schools, and the political issues which affect the community and the real estate luxury market.

 

I am a CLHMS Member who has earned the Million Dollar GUILD recognition with complete extensive training, I also hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, and have proven performance in the million dollars and above luxury market.
