The first annual Remax Alliance Retreat was held on Oct. 21, and 22nd 2019 at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort.
Our guest Speaker at the Remax Alliance Retreat was Verl Workman, Founder & CEO of Workman Success Systems. Verl is a master Real estate coach with extensive leadership and training for Real Estate agents. Verl also explained the DISC Analysis which is understanding behavior styles and motivators for real estate team-building purposes.
The first day of the Remax Alliance Retreat only the top 20% of the Remax Alliance Group agents were invited. We had a full day with Verl Workman. He helped us to realize top agents need to hire buyers agents and assistants for building a successful real estate team.
Our day consisted of networking with Top Agents with our 11 offices in the Tampa Bay area including Tarpon Springs, Tampa, South Tampa, Riverview, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, University Park, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice, and Englewood. Later the company enjoyed a group a happy hour and dinner at the hotel.
